Advantages
Payment Schedule: Off-plan properties do not require immediate, lump-sum payments but follow a fixed schedule. In the case of Volta, this involves an initial down payment of 20%, 16 installments of 3% each (payable quarterly), and the final installment of 20% upon handover.
